BENEFICIARIES

The Independent Living Program of Adams County Children and Youth serves youth ages 14 to 23 who are current and former foster care recipients. IL services include goal planning, life skills instruction and assistance in the areas of housing, education, employment, prevention and support.

The United Way of Adams County’s Ready to Learn Program helps to ensure children are ready for Kindergarten, thereby increasing their chances for success in both school and life. This community impact program promotes quality early learning, emphasizes parent education programs, and supports education professionals.
